This course offers a broad overview of the complex area of disability discrimination laws and how they operate in the workplace. Managers and supervisors will learn to understand the purpose and scope of disability laws so they can spot disability issues and seek guidance before inadvertently violating a disability law.

The course also includes a glossary of terms, a manager's reference guide and the ability to email and ask the trainer questions about the course concepts. All "ask the trainer" questions are answered within two business days.
