Nestor is the Vice President-Employment Counsel for NBC Universal, a global media and communications company. He is responsible for advising management in motion pictures, television stations, theme parks and resorts, on all aspects of labor and employment law, including employee relations, discrimination and harassment issues, wage and hour issues, business immigration and visas, etc. As part of his responsibilities, Nestor conducts training classes on employment law topics including sexual harassment avoidance, equal employment opportunity, progressive discipline, independent contractor issues and workers' compensation for management groups in California, Florida, New York and Japan. Nestor also advises human resource managers via email updates and training on new legal developments in case law and legislation.
Senior Director/Global Employee Relations - Sun Microsystems - Lori Middlehurst

Lori was previously the Senior Director of Global Employee Relations for Sun Microsystems, and responsible for addressing and resolving all employee disputes regarding such issues as harassment, discrimination, whistleblower claims, ethics, violence issues and advising managers and human resource professionals. Currently, Lori is Senior Counsel at Accenture where she advises managers and human resource professionals globally on all HR related topics.

Elizabeth is Senior Employment Counsel for Waste Management, and is responsible for all employment law matters in the Company's Western Group. She advises internal clients on a broad range of matters including disputes, employment and separation agreements, wage and hour matters, reductions in force, policies and procedures, and investigations. She manages employment litigation and outside counsel relationships and handles administrative matters before state and federal agencies, including charges of discrimination and harassment. Additionally, she provides employment law training to managers and human resource professionals.

Lisa is in human resource management at Cisco Systems supporting Cisco's marketing organization. Lisa's responsibilities include organizational design and effectiveness, leadership development and coaching, and optimizing employee relations for maximum productivity and performance.
Prior to Cisco, Lisa managed HR for small/mid-sized companies. She was a Vice President of Human Resources for Benjamin Group, Inc. and Director of HR for System Industries, Inc. Lisa also has over 5 years experience as an HR Consultant, where she provided the full spectrum of HR services to large and small companies. Her clients included HP, Clorox, McKesson as well as start-ups like Align Technologies and Aristasoft.
