Equal employment opportunity is the basis for all employment laws governing the workplace. By learning about equal employment opportunity, managers and employees will understand the root of workplace discrimination laws and how their actions can be perceived as discriminatory and disrespectful to others.

In this course, your employees will learn the latest developments regarding employee discrimination theories as well as tips and tools to avoid conduct that could lead to EEO violations. Our EEO course covers: English-only rules, dress and appearance standards, hiring guidelines, and much more.

This course comes in a manager version as well as an abbreviated employee version. The abbreviated employee version takes approximately 60 minutes to complete. The manager version includes a manager's guide that can be used as a daily reference tool. Both versions include a glossary of terms, a map of states' protected backgrounds and the ability to email and ask the trainer questions about the course concepts. All "Ask the Trainer" questions are answered within two business days.

This course is delivered in both English and Spanish and can be translated into other languages as well.
