Diversity in the Workplace

Your entire workforce will benefit from this course, which creates awareness of different backgrounds, cultures, and personality traits. Employees will understand and acknowledge our inherent prejudices and natural barriers to effective communication to help foster diversity in the workplace.

The workplace diversity training module will increase the consciousness of your employees and help build teamwork skills and help minimize internal conflict. This course covers: identity dimensions, identity filters, bias and stereotypes, understanding differences, identifying commonalities and much more!

This course comes in a manager version as well as an abbreviated employee version. The manager version takes approximately 60 minutes to complete while the abbreviated employee version takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Both versions include a glossary of terms and the ability to email and ask the trainer questions about the course concepts. All "Ask the Trainer" questions are answered within two business days.

This course is delivered in English, but can be translated into other languages as well.
