This advanced, interactive course is intended for supervisors, who have already taken "Preventing Harassment in the Workplace." It focuses on the difficult and complex harassment questions that arise in the workplace.
The course is organized by topic (Definition of Harassment, Types of Harassment, etc.) and consists of case studies, based on real life investigations and court cases.
The learner responds to several questions after each case study, in order to apply concepts learned in the first course. When in doubt, there is always the option to email in and "Ask the Trainer."
