The Business Case for Diversity, Tolerance, and Respect

Watch this webinar recording and learn:

  • Why a diverse team has a better chance at success than a non-diverse team
  • The importance of (and how to gain) C-suite support of D&I initiatives
  • How trainings on topics like unconscious bias are the keys to a successful D&I strategy
  • The role that public sector and private sector companies have in influencing a culture shift
  • Where to find additional books and resources you can use to further explore these topics
